- Project Manager, CUNY Academic Commons (March ‘19 — Present): Part-time coordinator of development and support teams for a 25-campus social network, leading check-in meetings, guiding new features from design to launch, and writing publicity and other site copy.
- Web Developer, Brooklyn College Library (March ‘18 — Present): Part-time Open Educational Resources developer of course websites on platforms like WordPress, Slack, and Omeka to bolster online learning and teaching, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Freelance Web Consultant (July ‘10 – Present): Founder and proprietor of a web development and project management business for nonprofits like Green-Wood Cemetery and the Museum at Eldridge Street as well as other creative and entrepreneurial clients.
- Executive Editor, True the Magazine (May ‘15 – Aug ‘17): Contributed writing, editing, web development, event production, and membership/social growth strategy to the founding team of a startup reimagining a classic adventure magazine for the digital era.
- Head Writer, Fusion (May ‘14 – May ‘15): Reporter and writer for Fusion’s flagship weekly news show AMERICA with Jorge Ramos, working with producers and anchors to create scripts and execute on tight deadlines. Also responsible for web exclusives and specials such as a Puerto Rico travelogue, U.S.-Mexico border exploration and surveillance state documentary.
